The Hotel Association Bhaktapur (HAB) represents and supports hospitality businesses operating within Bhaktapur District. By becoming a member or using HAB services, you agree to the following terms.
Membership is open to legally registered hotels and hospitality establishments. Members must comply with all applicable laws, maintain professional conduct, and pay required membership fees on time.
Members are expected to uphold the reputation and objectives of the Association. Misuse of the Association’s name, unethical practices, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of membership.
All content, logos, and materials of HAB are the property of the Association and may not be used without prior approval.
HAB is not responsible for individual business losses or external regulatory decisions. These terms may be updated by the Association when necessary.
All matters shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
